The Center for Water
Education
Hemet, CA
|
|
Even though worldwide
water consumption doubles every two decades, the world’s
supply of fresh and available water remains
hauntingly finite—and quite small. Although 3%
of Earth’s water is fresh, less than 1% is actually
available for human consumption.
A new Water Education Center in
Hemet, California, makes a compelling case for informed
consumers and aggressive conservation policies on the
part of water suppliers. “Hydro”—a
loveable, highly caffeinated cartoon water drop—guides
visitors through the 3,000 square feet exhibit space.
Harvest Moon Studio produced “Hydro” and
other all media components based on concept designs
by Kirk Design for Design Craftsmen, Inc.
