Public service ads can be submitted to the editor of your local magazines
and newspapers or to your organization’s publications. There
are two print PSAs of different sizes on this CD-ROM: one for use before
National Sleep Awareness Week® (March 29-April 3, 2005) and the other
for use any time during the year.
PSAs are designed in different sizes and configurations. They
are available in three formats:
Any of these formats can be submitted to a publication, though
it would be a good idea to ask the person who handles PSAs
if there is a preferred format. These files can be submitted
via e-mail. Note: When submitting QuarkXpress files, you must
also send the linked art and fonts, which are included on this
CD and are automatically downloaded with the QuarkXpress file.
The QuarkXpress files can be modified if necessary (i.e., change the
ad size to fit a certain publication's requirements).
Pdfs and jpegs may also be used in your own materials. They are easily
imported in such programs as Word or Microsoft Publisher.
PSAs can also be used on your organization's Web site or in newsletters; copies
of the ads can be distributed at community events. Just
print them from this CD-ROM. |
