Sleep Well Tonight for a Better Tomorrow!
2005 National Sleep Awareness Week® (NSAW)
March 28 – April
3.
NSF is delighted you have chosen to join hundreds of organizations
across the country for NSAW 2005, one of the most significant
annual national health education campaigns to focus on the
importance of sleep. NSAW was introduced in 1998 as a
week-long health promotion campaign that takes place the week
leading up to the return to Daylight Saving Time, which occurs
at 2:00 a.m. on the first Sunday in April, as clocks “spring
forward” and much of the nation “loses” an
hour for sleep.
NSAW is an excellent time for you to raise awareness about
sleep-related issues in your community. For the latest
NSAW news, visit www.nsaw.org (note:
you must be connected to the Internet to go to this site). |
