This section contains a number of reproducible handouts that you can copy and distribute at events such as an open house, a mall display, or a public presentation.

  • NSF’s new “Daytime Sleepiness Diary” which enables users to track their level of sleepiness throughout the day.
  • NSF’s Sleep Diary, which allows you to track your sleep habits over a one week period.
  • Children’s Sleep Diary— A copy of the NSF Children's Sleep Diary can be found on this CD for you to print and distribute to families in your community. This fun and informational tool can be especially helpful to caregivers who wish to discuss their child's sleep with their pediatrician.
  • Drowsy Driving Classroom Materials and Information—Help curb drowsy driving in your area by sharing these "Awake at the Wheel" materials with teachers and students.  The materials feature a teacher's guide, student worksheets, and fact sheet.   • A series of new mini-posters designed by NSF for display on hospital, sleep center and community bulletin boards, addressing sleep apnea, insomnia, Restless Legs Syndrome, and daytime fatigue.
